Clean venue with quiet and great location on the corner. The rooms with fridge as well as good A/C. Location just off street food very close by, supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, and grocery store.

it was fairly clean, and the people were very-very nice. the highlight was the local food. the hotel had a good position, on edge of town. no complains at all, the venue met needs well.

The room was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge and reliable WiFi. The friendly staff, especially Felipe, were really good too make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and renting a bicycle to get to the beach was easy. Despite a small breakfast, the price-quality ratio is hard to beat. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful time at this luxurious and comfortable hotel! The location was ideal, just a short 15-minute bike ride away from the beautiful beach area. We loved exploring the vibrant town, which was just a 5-10 minute walk from here, where we found numerous restaurants and bars to enjoy. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, providing excellent service and helpful tips about the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, a refreshing swimming pool just steps away from our room, and delicious breakfasts that got us off to a great start each day.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center of Tulum, making it a great base for exploring. It's only a short bike ride away from the beach area and there's a big grocery store just across the street. the spacious rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and nice bathrooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is delicious. the outdoor seating area by the pool is lovely and inviting.

The laundry service was not available, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

The location of this hotel was perfect. I could easily reach the beach area by bicycle in just 15 minutes or walk to the city center in 5/10 minutes. there was a big grocery store across the street, and the hotel staff provided affordable bike rentals and transportation to the ADO bus station. The facilities were great including a spacious room with a pretty inner garden, a pool, and great air conditioning. I loved the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff who were always ready to help.
